My facial and body scrub was amazing ! Joanna bass was very informative about all products that were being used and very professional. It was a very relaxing spa environment and everyone was so friendly . Joanna went above and beyond recommending products that fit my need based on my skin type . Hello, I wanted to let you know about my experience at Chic Clinque. I have been there twice, both times for a shellac manicure and regular pedicure. The first time I came, I had made an appointment at 5:00p. I walked in and was told to sit down. No hello, no mention that they were running behind, no offer of a glass of water. Almost an hour later, I finally got the service I came in for. The ladies did a good (not great) job on my nails, but the wait time was absurd considering I had made an appointment. What was more disappointing was that no one came to tell me that they were running almost an hour behind. I think that would have made all the difference in the world for my first experience. This is unacceptable customer service. I had purchased two groupons, so I made an appointment for my second one this past Saturday, June 6th. It was my birthday and I was hoping for the relaxing experience I've read about in Yelp. I was happy that my appointment was on time, and Jimmy offered me a drink and was very attentive. However, I was at your spa for three hours for a pedicure and shellac manicure. The nail technician who did my pedicure, took one hour to finish. Then she disappeared without saying a word. I was sitting in the pedicure chair for almost 10 minutes before she showed back up and took me to the manicure room. It took her 45 minutes to give me a manicure, and this is before she even put on the nail polish. I have very short nails, never ask for designs or anything special so this seemed like a very long time. Then she put on the first coat of my shellac and it literally look like a child put on my nail polish. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, I asked her if the nail polish is bad, and she said she didn't know. Then she left the room for several more minutes without saying a word. When she came back she told me the other nail technician would fix my nails. I was thoroughly confused and extremely frustrated as I was in hour two of what I thought was a simple pedicure/manicure. Helen, who was the only other nail technician, was assisting another customer so I sat and waited for 15 minutes before she could attend to me. It's not that I could leave either because my nails looked horrible with only one coat of shellac and I had my own birthday party to attend so I couldn't leave with them looking the way they were. Helen was nice and attentive, but had to redo my nails which took about 45 minutes. So three hours later, I had an average pedicure and less than average manicure. My manicure could have been better if Helen started it, but she unfortunately was left with the fixing it the mess and she was trying to do as quickly as possible because I was clearly frustrated by the amount of time I was already there. It was the worst manicure/pedicure experience of my life. Instead of feeling relaxed, I was tense, frustrated, exhausted and was behind on everything else I had to do that day. I told Helen that I didn't understand why your salon would have someone do a Shellac manicure who had absolutely no idea what she was doing. Helen said she was new and that you were short staffed, but that still doesn't explain why my original nail technician was rude, left me waiting constantly and left me in the middle of my over two hour nail service for someone else to clean her mess. That is beyond unacceptable customer service. Helen was very nice and offered me a free pedicure, but I honestly don't want to ever go back to your salon again. I think two bad experiences is enough for me.

I went to Chic Clinique Spa Boutique today for the first time for a mani and pedi and the service I received was amazing. The girls are so friendly and their work is beautiful. After I was finished I relaxed for a bit and it was comforting that everyone makes you feel right at home, we talked had some cupcakes while I got to enjoy the view of the beach from my pedicure chair, would definitely recommend anyone and everyone needing any type of spa service to check this boutique out!

Went in for a back wax and had a super pleasant experience. Alicia was amazing and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She did an awesome job! I highly recommend Chic Clinique and will definitely be a repeat customer.
